Flatzy is a platform service only. We are not a real estate agency, or party to any rental agreement.
✅ 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Flatzy.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You must have a valid Google account to sign in.
🏠 3. For Property Owners
You must be the legal owner or authorized agent of any listed property.
All listing information must be accurate and truthful.
Flatzy reserves the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines.
You are solely responsible for the rental agreement with your tenant.
🔍 4. For Tenants
Flatzy provides listings for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee availability.
You are responsible for verifying property details before making any payment.
Flatzy is not liable for disputes between tenants and owners.
Do not make advance payments without physically visiting the property.
🎁 5. Refer & Earn Program
Rewards paid only after referred user successfully finds a home through Flatzy.
Maximum earning capped at ₹3,000 per calendar month per referrer.
Flatzy may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
Fraudulent referrals will result in permanent disqualification.
Rewards paid via UPI within 7 working days of verification.
🎁 6. Free Services — Terms & Conditions
🚚🧹 Flatzy offers Free Shifting and Free First Cleaning as complimentary services for new tenants. Please read the conditions carefully.
Eligibility: Yeh free services sirf naye tenants ke liye hain jo pehli baar Flatzy ke zariye ghar shift kar rahe hain.
Ek Baar Only: Free Shifting aur Free First Cleaning sirf ek baar available hain — per tenant, per property.
Offer Accept Karne Se Pehle: Yeh services tab tak applicable hain jab tak tenant ne Flatzy ka offer formally accept nahi kiya ho. Ek baar offer accept hone ke baad yeh free services applicable nahi hongi.
Scheduling: Free service avail karne ke liye move-in se kam se kam 48 ghante pehle Flatzy ko WhatsApp pe inform karna hoga.
Service Area: Abhi sirf Nagpur city limits ke andar available hai.
Transferable Nahi: Yeh services kisi doosre ko transfer ya sell nahi ki ja sakti.
Flatzy ka Adhikar: Flatzy in free services ko kisi bhi waqt modify, suspend ya discontinue karne ka adhikar rakhta hai bina prior notice ke.
Misuse: Agar koi tenant galat information dekar yeh services abuse karne ki koshish kare, toh account block kiya ja sakta hai.
Posting fake, duplicate, or misleading property listings.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
Using Flatzy for any illegal activity.
Attempting to scrape, hack, or reverse engineer the platform.
Impersonating another person or creating multiple accounts.

Flatzy is a listing platform only. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, take responsibility for rental disputes, or verify every photo submitted by owners.
Always visit a property in person before committing to a rental.
⚖️ 9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
